Before the Sale:
Phase 1: Sales Meeting
The professional Ellingson Drainage staff will meet with you to discuss your drainage project in detail. Ellingson professionals will perform soil borings and Ellingson Surveyors will do a topographic survey of your field if necessary.
Phase 2: Design
Ellingson will design a drainage plan that addresses the specific strengths and challenges you face on your property.
Phase 3: Cost Estimate
Your Ellingson sales professional will sit down with you to review the plan designed for your property and the costs associated with your project.
After the Sale:
Phase 4: Obtain Appropriate Permits
Ellingson Drainage will work with you to obtain the appropriate permits needed to perform a tile project on your property. i.e. 1026 and watershed permits
Phase 5: Field Survey, Design Changes if Needed
Ellingson surveyors will visit your property to do a detailed field survey assuring your project will be completed correctly. If any changes to the initial design are necessary appropriate changes will be made immediately and you will be contacted before Ellingson starts your project.
Phase 6: Project Installation
Ellingson crews will install your drainage tile and any lift stations necessary to properly drain your field. Ellingson Drainage is confident in our work and we will provide you with a 20 year warranty on materials and a 5 year warranty on installation so you can be confident your project will be done correctly.
Phase 7: Project Completion
At the completion of your project Ellingson professionals will provide you with a map of your tile project that is georeferenced*, color coded and overlaid on an aerial photo with precise indicators of distances and tile size.
Phase 8: Operation and Maintenance of Pump Stations
If your project required pump station installation Ellingson will work with you to provide any regular maintenance needed to keep your pump station running efficiently for years to come.

* Georeferencing is the process of putting your Ellingson Map in a real world coordinate system to be easily recreated and makes your tile lines easier to relocate.
