We are now hiring an experienced Construction Laborer. This position will work on a tile (farm drainage) crew. Experience operating a variety of equipment, including backhoe, pay loader, and excavator, helpful but not required. Must have prior construction experience. All of our work is performed outside and underground, and sometimes in adverse weather conditions. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work overtime. Some overnight travel required. Laborer - 8020 Drill Crew
We are now hiring an experienced Construction Laborer. This position will work on a directional drill crew. Must have prior HDD experience. Foreman – Fusing Crew
We are now hiring an experienced Foreman for our fusing crew. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining HDPE fusing equipment, support for all horizontal directional drilling crews, miscellaneous testing and restoration tasks, and supervising a crew of 2 – 4 people. Prior experience required. All of our work is performed outside and underground, and sometimes in adverse weather conditions. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work overtime. Must also have experience operating a variety of equipment, including backhoe, pay loader, excavator, packer, and dump truck. Pipelaying experience required. We are now hiring an experienced Driver / Mechanic. This position is responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting our heavy construction equipment to the job site. Performs maintenance on all company trucks and heavy construction equipment. Will also apply for permits and maintain logs. Prior transporting and mechanic experience required.
