Construction Laborer – Tile Crew
We are now hiring an experienced Construction Laborer. There are 2 positions available. This position will work on a tile (farm drainage) crew. Experience operating a variety of equipment, including backhoe, pay loader, and excavator, helpful but not required. Must have prior construction experience. All of our work is performed outside and underground, and sometimes in adverse weather conditions. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work overtime. Some overnight travel required. Foreman – Open Cut Crew
We are now hiring an experienced Foreman for our general contracting (open cut) crew which often performs sewer / septic work. This position is responsible for operating equipment and managing the daily activities of the crew. Prior supervisory experience required. Must also have experience operating a variety of equipment, including backhoe, pay loader, excavator, packer, and dump truck. Pipelaying experience required. All of our work is performed outside and underground, and sometimes in adverse weather conditions. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work overtime. Some overnight travel required. Driver / Mechanic
We are now hiring an experienced Driver / Mechanic. This position is responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting our heavy construction equipment to the job site. Performs maintenance on all company trucks and heavy construction equipment. Will also apply for permits and maintain logs. Prior transporting and mechanic experience required. Must have a valid CDL (Class A) and be able to work overtime. Some overnight travel required. Position is based out of our Harwood, ND office.
